After many months of teasing, Apollo Automobil has finally announced the arrival of its flagship hypercar, the Intensa Emozione or simply IE. Apollo Automobil has collaborated with Manifattura Automobili Torino (MAT) to produce the exclusive range of Apollo IE hypercar. The new IE hypercar with its naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 engine has the ability to pull out 769 bhp of power and 760 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are performed by a longitudinal Hewland sequential 6-Speed+Rev gearbox with fully interchangeable gear ratios. Talking about its exclusivity, the production of the Apollo IE hypercar is restricted to only 10 units. Tata Motors will soon launch a special edition version of the Hexa crossover. The Hexa is Tata’s flagship car and competes with the Mahindra XUV500, the Toyota Innova Crysta and the newly launched Jeep Compass. The Downtown Urban edition is intended to make the crossover more interesting and create some buzz around the brand. Apart from the new Urban Bronze colour, the new special edition Hexa also comes with other cosmetic updates like chrome pack suit, which includes chrome treatment for the front grille, headlamps, ORVMs, and side body cladding. The new Renault Captur is based on the M0 platform that also houses the Duster and Lodgy in India. A derivative of Nissan's B0 platform. This is unlike the European Captur that is a smaller more compact car, but styling and overall appeal is similar to that car. The Porsche 718 twins are already available in India in their standard forms. The price for the Boxster is Rs 85.53 lakh while price for the Cayman is Rs 81.63 lakh. There is a more powerful version of the car, the S that has not been offered in India so far and now Porsche has unleashed an even quicker and even more powerful variant for the 718 family, the range topping GTS. The Porsche 718 Cayman and Boxster GTS now get an added 15 bhp over the S, taking the total power output to 365 bhp. This is a 35 bhp jump over the last generation car which used to be a naturally aspirated 6-cylinder engine as compared to the new car that gets a turbocharged 4-cylinder motor.   The engine is still a 2.5-litre motor, the torque on which is now uprated to make 430 Nm. Polestar, formerly an inbuilt division for Volvo making performance variants, and now an independent automaker that will make performance electric cars based on Volvo design and chassis, has showcased it's first ever car - the 'Polestar 1'. The Polestar 1 will be an hybrid performance car that will be built in a new purpose built factory in China alongside two other cars that Polestar will showcase soon.
